Doris Ojo MBA MCIM (UK) is a seasoned management professional, IT expert and learning and development specialist, possessing broad experience of delivering leadership, international strategic and change management, soft skills as well as IT training. She is founder of OSBM and passionate about enabling individuals to realise their full potential and also about providing education in a business context in order to help organisations implement strategy and attain business objectives through development of their people.

She brings to OSBM, solid experience of many years gained from work in capacities such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Software Test Manager, CEO/MD, Consulting and Training delivery among others. She has worked on high profile projects gained for public and private sector companies media, retail and telecoms companies across Europe and Africa. She is a member of UK based Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, a Member of the UK Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Temitope began her teaching carrer over 16 years ago at the Olabisi Onabanjo University covering subjects ranging from the Use of English, English for Specific Purposes and Social Linguistics to History of English. She is also highly experienced in the field of Public Relations and has acted as consultant in this area to many organisations as well as to the Osun State University.

Dr. Ajibolade brings to OSBM many years of work and teaching experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. She is currently the Head of Department and a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Accounting at the University of Lagos. She is published in several local and international journals including The Nigerian Accounting and the International Journal of Academic Research.

Leslie is a leading expert in the field of leadership development and executive education, and a former Managing Director, DukeCE Mindful Leadership Programme (Fuqua School of Business at Duke University USA). He is the former Executive Vice President at St John’s International University in Turin. He has extensive academic teaching and research experience in organisational behaviour and counselling psychology. He runs the highly acclaimed Open Source Leadership programme for business leaders. In addition to his academic teaching and research responsibilities, Leslie consults to private companies and public agencies in the areas of executive and team coaching and organisational strategy. Leslie also acts as Director of Leadership & Management studies at OSBM, to which role he brings his extensive academic teaching and research experience.

Leslie has published extensively in journals such as the Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, British Academy of Management, MIT’s Sloan Management Review and the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. He is also author of the book “Power Partnering: A Strategy for Excellence in the 21st Century.” His latest book, written in collaboration with Professor Cary Cooper Pro Vice Chancellor of Lancaster University Business School, is called “Open Source Leadership.”

Leslie’s clients have included Manx Telecom, IOM Government, Royal Skandia, Capital Investments International, Cap Gemini London and Boston and Digital Equipment Corporation, Massachusetts, USA.

Dr.Amao has dedicated her life to learning and development and she brings to OSBM, over 22 years of teaching experience. Her focus is in the teaching of the English Language in all aspects and so she has taught topics including Use of English, Linguistics, Stylistics, Oral Communication, Communication Skills, Business writing and much more. She is presently a lecturer at the Osun State University. She is published in several Journals including the African Journal of Historical Sciences in Education and is a member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) as well as the Nigeria English Studies Association.

Roger Williams is the founder and inspiration behind Intelligent Linking. With over 30 years experience Roger has led service improvement programmes at BT, CapGemini, Origin and PA Consulting. Working as a management consultant Roger has worked with a range of Private and Public sector clients in the UK, Europe and USA. The Intelligent Linking Blueprint ® Methodology was piloted in early 2012 and has since been used to deliver a range of customer solutions in healthcare, education, property services, transportation, travel, retail and professional services.

Roger has significant experience in the design, development and implementation of high performing businesses solutions, whether the scope is organisation wide or focused on specific areas of the business. Roger brings expertise in IT Professional Training courses design & delivery across all IT domains including Service Management, IT Governance, Information Security, Process Improvement and many more. Roger is also a Visiting Lecturer at various universities in Europe and regularly teaches on Knowledge Management and Strategy.

Professor Adewunmi is presently a professor of Industrial Relations in the College of Management and Social Sciences, Okuku Campus and Acting Provost, College of Humanities & Culture, Ikire Campus of the Osun State University, Nigeria. He brings expertise and knowledge in the area of HR Management, Management and Project Management to OSBM, having taught at the Oyo State College of Education and worked as Principal Training and Development Officer at the Micheal Imoudo National Institute for Labour Studies, Ilorin. He was a lecturer at the Department of Sociology and the Coordinator of the Masters Degree Program in industrial & Labour Relations at the University of Ibadan. Professor Adewumi also worked as a Project Manager at Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Lagos and was appointed as the first Director of the African Regional Labour Administration Centre, Harare Zimbabwe. He returned to the Department of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at the University of Lagos as a Senior Lecturer and coordinated the Department's Post Graduate Programmes for many years. He was appointed as Crawford University's first professor in August 2008 and was also appointed the Dean of the College of Business and Social Sciences before his present position at Osun State University. He is a member of the Industrial Relations Research Association and the Working Class Studies Association of Nigeria. He has been the editor of Nigerian Journal of Industrial Relations since March 2004.
